DDS provides a wide range of Systems Engineering Services, relying on our experienced and highly-trained Systems Engineering Division.

Our Systems Engineers have earned the following prestigious certifications and recognitions:

Services and fees are divided into the following levels of difficulty.

Level 1 - Basic

  • Includes general non-raid based hardware installations and PC troubleshooting. 

  • Simple application installation as well as general software configurations (temp file locations, environment variables, desktop settings etc.)

  • Client documentation and review

 Level 2 - Intermediate

  • Includes Network Administration tasks and general troubleshooting. 

  • Installation of advanced PC hardware (i.e. Notebook hardware) and configuration of operating systems.

  • Desktop operating system installation (Non-NT)

  • Communication troubleshooting

  • Web Page development

  • Virus Removal and prevention (Client workstations)

  • Wiring (Standard)

 Level 3 - Advanced

  • Design and implementation of Network Operating systems (Novell, Windows NT/2000/2003, Unix, Linux)

  • Virtual Private Networks (VPN's)

  • Database design and implementation

  • Messaging design and implementation

  • Network Migration

  • Back Office migration

  • Network analysis

  • Network security analysis

  • Network hardware installation and configuration (Routers, Switches, Hubs, RAID)

  • Proxy and Firewall Design, Implementation

  • Network Printing configuration/troubleshooting

  • Virus removal and prevention (Server)

  • RAS – Design, Implementation & Troubleshooting

  • Wiring (Non-Standard)

These activities are provided as an example and not a complete list. 

Upon request, the client will be advised about the level of billing prior to work taking place.

In the event of multiple tasks performed under one work order that span different levels, the highest level prevails.
