The following web page displays links to WebMETRIC, WebWriter, and ThinMETRIC. 

Run OpenMETRIC (Thin Client)

This link will execute OpenMETRIC as a Thin Client.  Logic and file processing is done on a server, but the user interface processing is done on the user's Windows desktop.

The server can be Windows NT/2000, UNIX, or Linux.

The client/server modules operate using TCP/IP, so OpenMETRIC in thin client mode can run on the Internet and TCP/IP-based WAN's and LAN's.

WonderLaunch is required on the server and WonderThin is required on the client.

The following screen is the standard OpenMETRIC "splash" screen, displayed by ThinMETRIC.

The following screen is the OpenMETRIC Item Screen in the Setup Subsystem, displayed by ThinMETRIC.

All functionality of standard OpenMETRIC is available with ThinMETRIC.  However, some automatic invocation of Office products is handled a little differently in ThinMETRIC, to accommodate the difference between client execution and server execution.
