OpenMETRIC Packages

OpenMETRIC subscriptions are available for four different packages.

OpenMETRIC 150 uses the Vision database and limits the authorized users to 15.  This is an excellent, low-maintenance, minimal administration package if you need no more than 15 users.

OpenMETRIC 250 also uses the Vision database, but increases the maximum authorized users to 25.  This involves slightly more maintenance and administration, but the addition of WonderServer improves performance and reliability.

OpenMETRIC 350 allows you to use either Oracle or SQL Server for your database.  This increases your requirement for technical resources, since a database administrator is virtually mandatory.  This also increases your initial investment, since the RDBMS investment must be considered.  However, if your organization has other applications relying on an RDBMS and you want to interface with these applications, the 350 package can make this much easier.

OpenMETRIC 500 includes the benefits (and resource requirements) of the 350, while adding considerable network enhancements.  This is ideal for an organization seeking to deploy OpenMETRIC to users over the Internet or seeking to allow customers to inquire or report on their items via the Internet.
