How many days of training can be expected?  Break out into areas.

For no additional fee, you are entitled to one day of training, in Tucson, for up to three people. 

Realistically, your training probably needs to be on site and might be broken down as follows: 

·         General User Training – 1 day per 10 General Users

·         Power User Training – 1 day per 5 Power Users

·         Application Administrator Training – 1 day

·         Database Administrator Training – 1 day

·         System and/or Network Administrator Training – 1 day

What training documentation is provided?

A three-ring binder is provided to each student.  The binder includes summaries of the covered material as well as class exercises to solidify and reinforce the material covered.

Do you provide training to users (technicians), clients, administrators, and managers? How is this performed?

Yes, we provide training to both users and administrators (as specified above). 

All training is hands-on, classroom setting, with presented material and student exercises. 

11.4

Can you accommodate multi-language training and documentation, i.e. French, German, Spanish, Chinese, etc?

Not at the present time, although we are currently working toward this capability.
